Printing from a Windows laptop

It is very simple to print from your Windows laptop using the Brother MFC3320-CN printer in your room.

1. Click the button below and download this Brother printer driver to your desktop (or, if you prefer, to a directory that you create).
2. Once the driver file has been downloaded, simply double-click on it.
3. You will be asked to confirm that you want to install the driver. Click YES, and the driver will be installed automatically.
4. You will be asked to reboot your computer to use the driver.

This driver supports Windows 98, Windows 2000 and Windows XP and it will automatically detect the correct version of Windows on your laptop.

PLEASE DO NOT CONNECT THE PRINTER'S USB CABLE TO YOUR LAPTOP UNTIL AFTER THE PRINTER DRIVER HAS BEEN INSTALLED ON YOUR LAPTOP.

An UNINSTALL icon will be placed on your desktop so that you may remove this printer driver when you leave the hotel.

Printing from an Apple laptop

For MAC OS X, download the appropriate driver and save it to your desktop. Double click on the file. An installer application will appear. Double click on the Installer Package Name: either BrotherInk2_1.pkg or BrotherInk2_2.pkg. Follow the installation instructions. Restart your computer.

Printing from camera memory cards

Remove the memory from your camera and insert it firmly into one of the 4 memory slots. Slots are provided for each of these memory types: Smart Media; Memory Stick; SD Card; Compact Flash. Press PhotoCapture. Print an index of thumbnails of images contained on the memory card by pressing the up arrow or down arrow to select Print Index and then press Menu/Set. Press Color Start to print the index sheet.

To print an individual image, press the up arrow or down arrow to select Print Images and press Menu/Set. Enter the image number from the index sheet and then press Color Start to start printing.
